Durable, comfortable and self-inflating sleeping mat with plastic valve. The smooth screw valve can be opened in no time at all, allowing the mat to inflate itself. The hardness can be adjusted to suit individual needs by inflating or letting out the air. The surface of the mat is made of water-repellent polyester and is therefore easy to clean. Thanks to the high-density PU foam inside, the sleeping mat has good insulation. The compression straps sewn onto the foot end cannot get lost and make it easier to roll up the mat. This means it can be conveniently stowed away in the included stuff sack to save space. Ideal for hikers and campers.

In order to maintain and promote the "self-inflating" effect, a new mat should always be rolled out for a while before you travel. When you first open the mat, inflate it a little with your mouth and then leave the mat unrolled for a few days with the valve open. This allows the foam in the mat to expand. Before you travel, roll the mat up tightly - with the valve open, of course. Close the valve. The mat is compact and ready to travel. At your destination, open the mat as soon as possible and leave it with the valve open. This allows it to draw in air and literally "inflate". Before going to bed, you may want to inflate it a little more to make the mat a little harder, close the valve and enjoy the comfort and insulation.
