Widely used and not without reason. It is generally easy to operate, cooking is a clean affair and the heating performance is good. There are restrictions when transporting the cartridges, as they are not allowed on airplanes. The supply of suitable cartridges abroad must be clarified BEFORE the tour. Gas cookers are also at their limit in very low sub-zero temperatures and/or at extreme altitudes - despite the special gas mixtures now available.
